A few of us are clubbing together with the aim of building our own Burlesque shows from scratch. This would suite any experienced or wannabe performers, choreographers script writers and costume designers. Serendipity I think!!! I have just logged on to message board to ask all of you out there about where I should go to learn more about the art of burlesque...so many to choose from. Lets just say I'm not that fussed about going to a place where I can; "Improve my core muscles" My aim is to form a burlesque troupe with others...the idea of performing again by christmas sounds right up my street (I used to be a performer and I miss the limelight so much!!!! ...)

this sounds fab, I would so love to be part of this! I've been playing around recently with a belly dance slightly caberet/steampunk sort of routine and would really like to learn more about the dancing side of it and be able dress up and be uber glamerous more often.
